FeaturesComplete control Dislodges and removes contaminates Effectively contains trash Five-stage separation process Hybrid power, minimal noise Maintenance-friendly design Optimize productivity and flexibility when operating with these two features. An industry-leading, full-function, wireless remote control lets you, from the cab, adjust machine settings as conditions change, including control of the infeed settings, vacuum settings, shaker table, conveyor height and more. The 7-in onboard color touch screen display shows machine data and allows you to intuitively set up the machine for maximum efficiency. The CS3500 collects contaminants and puts them on one trash conveyor that's 36-in wide and can reach up to 16-ft high. The trash conveyor allows the operator to discharge into dumpster containers, trucks or simply make a large pile. The conveyor is covered, minimizing the spread of trash on your jobsite and cross-contamination. The CS3500 is equipped with a 74-hp Deutz engine that powers the 49-kW generator. It also has the ability to run directly from an electric power source. With a 103.5-dB(A) sound level, you'll experience minimal noise on the jobsite. The CS3500 removes contaminants from organic material through a unique five-stage process. Combining several methods of removal, such as the grizzly screen, infeed vacuum, shaker table, air manifold, discharge vacuum and magentic head pulley, this process helps you save and re-use more material for composting. The contaminant separator's maintenance-friendly design gives you direct access and control. The air manifold opens up to access the shaker table. You can access the engine through compartment doors and there are daily access points on ground level. This helps improve serviceability and minimize maintenance time. The shaker table is adjustable and vibrates material to dislodge and position contaminants for removal. The air manifold has adjustable air flow that removes dislodged contaminants from the shaker table and blows it to the discharge belt. |
